Structure and working principle of vacuum and ultra-high vacuum plug valves/gate valves
Ultra-high vacuum plug valve series is an ultra-thin plug valve for ultra-high vacuum, which is developed on the basis of the original old model plug valve. The outer surface of the valve is silver gray matte treatment, high-grade and generous. The main parts such as valve body and valve plate are made of 304 stainless steel with very low outgassing capacity, while the transmission parts to realize the movement of the valve body are made of 316L stainless steel welded bellows, and the sealing of the valve plate is made of imported fluorine rubber ring with very low outgassing capacity.
